Survey Safe™ will manage and advise throughout the consultancy period by employing qualified staff, or working in partnership with vetted consultancies which we work with to provide a global service. The Surveying Guide (HSE248) is the standard to which Continental Environmental Services require Survey Safe™ to follow. Continental Environmental Services currently operates in accordance with the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) for sampling and air monitoring, which includes clearance certification, leak testing and reassurance.
The survey planning procedure is clearly defined within The Surveying Guide, whereby the strategy of the survey must be agreed with the client prior to undertaking the asbestos survey. This will ensure the report meets the client's expectations. Copies of the process planning document will be supplied in response to any asbestos survey enquiry.

The above information is the first part in a four step process of collecting information to enable Survey Safe™ to undertake a Desktop Study and devise a Survey Plan, together with a Quotation for the work. Where there is insufficient information Survey Safe™ will issue an Estimate instead and request more information until both parties are clear on the objective of the survey and the requirement of the deliverable asbestos survey report.
Survey Safe™ makes the commitment to provide a cost effective asbestos consultancy service and involve the client in the decision making processes throughout. Survey Safe™ will enable the Client to feel included and reassured especially when dealing with additional costs due to due asbestos contamination.
The structured procurement of Survey Safe™ services will be transparent at all times giving confidence to the client's management team. Continental Environmental Services provide optional courses designed to advise and assist the clients' management team make decisions and manage costs, thereby enabling the management team to manage their liabilities effectively.
Survey Safe™ will only work with accredited organisations, or work to the standards that the Survey Guide (HSE264) sets-out to ensure product delivery and clear policies on confidentiality, impartiality and integrity.
