Asbestos Building Surveyor and Building Manager

Qualifications: B.O.H.S P402 for surveying only as a minimum requirement and P405 or Certified Competent Person (Asbestos).

Experience: Minimum 18 months surveying experience.

Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Key Tasks:

• To be responsible for, and fully understand the requirements of the survey / inspection or sampling they are to carry out.
• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with HSG 264, in-house documented procedures and are compliant with the Quality system on a day to day basis.
• To be responsible for collation of all data necessary to compile the draft report.
• To be responsible for the delivery of all data to head office.
• You will be provided with a company vehicle and necessary equipment.

Asbestos Analyst - Air Monitoring Compliance

Qualifications: B.O.H.S P403 and P404.

Experience required: Minimum 18 months analyst experience.

Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Key Tasks:

• To be responsible for, and fully understand the requirements of the testing they are to carry out.
• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with HSG 248, in-house documented procedures and are compliant with the Quality system on a day to day basis.
• To be responsible for collation of all data necessary to compile the test certificate.
• To be responsible for the data entry and production of the final certificate (subject to authorisation).
